Liqueo Accelerates US Growth with Strategic Senior Appointment
We’re accelerating our efforts in the US with the appointment of Cheryl Boyd as Practice Lead US. Her arrival marks an important step in our expansion across North America, as we continue to invest in a region that already represents a significant share of our business.
Cheryl joins Liqueo from EY, where she held the role of Managing Director and co-led the Asset Management Business Transformation practice. She brings over 14 years of experience delivering complex, front-to-back change programmes for global investment firms, and has a strong track record in modernising operations and driving sustainable business transformation.

Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment in Liqueo’s strategic evolution, as the company accelerates its investment in the US market which already accounts for 30% of Liqueo’s revenue and prepares for broader expansion across North America.
“Cheryl’s appointment marks a significant milestone in our US growth journey,” said Stephan Williams, CEO of Liqueo. “She joins our growing team of experts, who are already delivering great work across the region. Her deep expertise, trusted relationships, and ability to lead transformation at scale epitomises the strength and quality of our team. She will focus on accelerating our impact, deepening client relationships, and helping our clients to deliver successful change programmes.”
Cheryl comments, “I was drawn to Liqueo because the depth of expertise across the firm is what asset and wealth managers will need to solve their toughest challenges. Clients are demanding more products and higher levels of customization, regulatory landscapes are becoming more complex, and technology continues to rapidly evolve. The challenges this environment presents will require individuals who both understand the business and have the technical acumen to develop innovative solutions.”
“The Liqueo team has just that: highly skilled, deeply experienced, and genuinely collaborative. It’s a culture that really stands out as they invest in their people, and our clients are the ultimate beneficiaries.”
Cheryl has been a part of some of the industry’s largest transformations, from a first-of-its-kind integration of Charles River and Aladdin, to supporting the breakout of an investment advisor at a top 10 global asset manager. She has developed business capability models to measure the impact of and prioritize portfolios of transformation efforts and defined multi-year strategies and associated budget planning for some of the leading organizations in the industry.
This senior hire marks the beginning of a broader US expansion, with further strategic appointments planned over the coming months. It reinforces Liqueo’s long-term commitment to delivering high-impact transformation solutions for the global asset management community.
