Siobhan Kirby, Michael Karlsson-Greenhill (MKG) and Edward Wimble were at the Financial Times Future of Asset Management Europe, where the focus was firmly on structural change, margin pressure, regulatory divergence, the shift from traditional product manufacturing to platform-led operating models, and the rapid growth of private markets and wealth.

Our team also attended the The Investment Association Annual Conference in Scotland, which centred on sustainable investing, global market volatility, and the future direction of financial services

 Véronique Skelsey joined Lithe Transformation’s Future of Agile panel, contributing a practical view on how AI and human expertise can work together to deliver agile.

The London team gathered in central for their monthly co-working day, followed by an evening social.
Our team flew to South Africa, connecting with colleagues on the ground and collaborating on client work. 

Helen Croft, our Executive Director, led November's Town Hall, bringing the team together to share updates across the business and explore how we're continuing to build internal expertise and knowledge sharing.
