2020

Liqueo is born

Founded in 2019 by Stephan Williams, Andy Proud and Richard Over, to bring a fresh approach to management consulting within the Asset and Wealth Management industry

2021

The core foundations of the business

We shored up the business by bringing in the amazing Helen Croft as Director of People, Performance and Development. Helen is our guiding light on our growth journey, generating fruitful conversations within the leadership team and building a world class coaching function. Her work supports our mission of driving every individual’s career forward within the business.

2022

Liqueo expands into the US and Middle East

We are building a truly global business allowing our team even greater opportunities for business mobility & allows us to provide our clients with a depth of experience to solve every problem. 

2023

We hit 100 employees

Liqueo now deploys a sizeable team of highly regarded SMEs within their fields. Our reputation rests on both our ability to deliver complex projects and how nice we are to work with.

The Future

And the business keeps on growing. By 2024 Liqueo will have over 200 SME Consultants globally, driving the next phase of our epic journey.

Meet The Talent & Engagement Team

  • Danielle Martin

    Danielle joined us in early 2022 & is a Director at Liqueo. Danielle has 15 years' experience in change and transformation recruitment with experience building high performance teams. When Danielle isn't working, you'll find her taking long walks with her dog's Carlos & Shadow. 

  • George Bean

    George joined the business in early 2022. He has a strong technology recruitment background within the Asset and Wealth Management industry. When George isn't at work you will find him on the golf course or watching Formula 1.

     

  • Rod Unwin

    Also joining in early 2022, Rod has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment strategy design, direct sourcing across EMEA, APAC and the USA. Rod gained his expertise from a variety of organisations including start-ups, SMEs and PLCs. Rod spends his time off taking long walks in the countryside or gardening.

     

  • Jack Payne

    Jack joined the business in early 2023. He has over 10 years’ recruitment experience within the Asset and Wealth Management industry, with a recent focus in senior hires and international expansion. When Jack isn’t at work, he’s usually out marathon training, attempting to relive his youth as a half decent squash player, or down The Rec watching Bath Rugby.

     

     

  • Sophie Gardiner

    Sophie joined the business in 2023 and has a  background recruiting business and technology transformation professionals for a variety of financial institutions. When Sophie isn’t working, you’ll find her cooking, exploring new restaurants or participating in some form of sporting activity!

Founded in 2020, Liqueo has grown to almost 100 permanent employees globally. With offices in London, New York and Dubai, we work with regional payroll partners, providing resources located in 12 countries. We have 85 active consultants, currently supporting clients in the USA, UK, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
