December marked the end of what was another busy year at Liqueo. Here's some highlights from the month..

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Congratulations on two very well-deserved promotions:
- Claudia Chavis was promoted to Principal Consultant
- Sophie Gardiner was promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition

𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
- Yamelin Castillo, PMP kicked off the first part of her Tokenization in Private Markets series, starting with The Infrastructure Test. Read part 1: https://lnkd.in/ewThtejt

𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫-𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
- We closed out the year by bringing the team together on both sides of the pond. Our US team gathered in Charlotte, with colleagues travelling in from across states and the UK, while our European team came together in London, with people travelling from across Europe to celebrate the year together.
- We wrapped up the year with a week-long Learning Festival designed to share knowledge in a peer to peer setting. Here's just some of the feedback from the team: 'brilliant and so valuable', 'thought provoking', and 'dealing with real life situations and learning from my colleagues has been invaluable'. Huge thank you to Heather Wohlgemuth for organising it and to everyone who ran, contributed to, and engaged with the sessions

- Mike R. obtained his Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance
- Justin Hannaford completed the Oxford Private Markets Investments Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford
