Your Role and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
• Delivering to permanent hiring needs for key projects and engagements globally.
• Continuous proactive resourcing and talent pooling across core areas including
Data, Front Office, Advisory, Private Markets, Charles River, Aladdin, Wealth etc.
• Managing end-to-end interview processes including arranging interviews,
managing de-briefs and providing feedback.
• Ensuring that all notes throughout the candidate lifecycle are logged on our recruitment system, Teamtailor.
• Supporting the Talent & Engagement team with resource deployment for
upcoming projects.
• Managing inbound job applications via our website and LinkedIn.
Candidate Relationship Management:
• Continuously engaging and building relationships with relevant candidates in our
market.
• Ensuring that we maintain an excellent candidate experience.
• Market mapping candidates across all core practices including Front Office, Data, Investment Operations and Advisory.
Talent Acquisition:
• Supporting the TA Manager with career site updates.
• Working with the TA Manager to create and promote competitive job ads.
• Contributing to the TA team’s online presence via LinkedIn posts and working with
the marketing team to create content ideas.
• Managing our internal referrals process.
• Working with the TA Manager to continuously improve our interview process and
ensuring there is consistency around the competencies that we look for in our future hires.
