Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Development Partner you’ll work closely with the Liqueo team to provide personalised coaching and manage key learning initiatives. Here’s what you’ll be involved in:

Coaching Delivery:
- Lead 1:1 and group coaching sessions with your assigned Liqueo team members.
- Help set goals, map out career development paths, and create tailored progression plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including line managers and Practice Leads, to gather feedback and ensure continuous growth.
- Offer strengths profiling and development support, including guidance with with dedicated tools including Clifton Strengths & DiSC
- Provide pastoral care and well-being support to team members.
- Utilize the performance and development platform (Lattice) to track progress and development outcomes.

Management of the Liqueo Knowledge Hub:
- Coordinate and encourage contributions to our Weekly Wednesday knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring valuable insights are shared and harnessed to drive success across the team.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver learning projects and pathways that meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Organise small group workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
- Coordinate internal mentoring programs to support personal and professional development.
- Work with Directors, Practice Leads, and Principals to curate and update resources for the Knowledge Hub.
- Manage relationships with third-party training providers and ensure team members complete mandatory training.
