Liqueo is born
Founded in 2020 by Stephan Williams, Andy Proud and Richard Over, to bring a fresh approach to management consulting within the Asset and Wealth Management industry

The core foundations of the business
We shored up the business by bringing in the amazing Helen Croft as Director of People, Performance and Development. Helen is our guiding light on our growth journey, generating fruitful conversations within the leadership team and building a world class coaching function. Her work supports our mission of driving every individual’s career forward within the business.

Liqueo expands into the US
We are building a truly global business allowing our team even greater opportunities for business mobility & allows us to provide our clients with a depth of experience to solve every problem.

We hit 100 employees
Liqueo now deploys a sizeable team of highly regarded SMEs within their fields. Our reputation rests on both our ability to deliver complex projects and how nice we are to work with.

Year of Awards
We have won several awards in 2024 including "Best New Consultancy" by the Management Consulting Association (MCA), became B CORP certified, we've been recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work rankings, listed No. 10 in the Sunday Times Hundred Fastest Growing Companies 2024 with 186.35% annual sales growth over 3 years.

The Future
And the business keeps on growing. By the end of 2025 Liqueo will have striving to grow to over 200 SME Consultants globally, driving the next phase of our epic journey.

Danielle has spent her career partnering with financial services organisations to help build and scale their change and transformation programmes. As the head of Liqueo’s Talent & Engagement team, she ensures clients get the full value of our expertise – bringing in the right specialists, strengthening partnerships, and helping firms achieve their strategic goals.

George Bean
George plays a key role in ensuring Liqueo’s clients and vendors have seamless, well-managed relationships. As part of the sales enablement team, he focuses on key account management, ensuring existing clients receive the right support while maintaining strong partnerships with vendors. George thrives on building long-term relationships and ensuring Liqueo remains the go-to consultancy for trusted expertise and collaboration.

Sophie is Liqueo’s Global Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for bringing the best and brightest into the business. Sophie is passionate about building an inclusive and engaging workplace. She leads Liqueo’s Diversity & Inclusion group, ensuring that every voice is heard and that Liqueo continues to grow as a diverse, people-first organisation. Known for her warm personality, sharp eye for talent, and meticulous approach.

Jack bridges the gap between client needs and consultant expertise, ensuring Liqueo delivers thoughtful, strategic solutions that drive value. With a keen eye for detail and a naturally consultative approach, he works closely with both sides to design engagements that meet real business challenges. His ability to build strong relationships and get things done makes him an integral part of Liqueo’s sales enablement function.
